Graham joined North Sound’s predecessor firm, Barron Smith Daugert, in 2018 and has been utilizing his attention to detail and passion for problem solving to assist clients in reaching comprehensive solutions to their estate planning needs. Graham’s practice includes the preparation of wills and trusts, as well as guiding clients through the probate and trust administration processes after the death of a loved one.
He was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 2017 and worked as an associate at a Seattle firm where he handled a variety of matters, including insurance litigation, real estate development, contract disputes, and land use issues. Prior to attending law school, Graham was employed as an investigator for the Whatcom and King County Public Defenders for five years.
Graham is grateful to call Bellingham home and dedicated to serving the legal needs of the Whatcom and Skagit communities. Outside of work, Graham enjoys spending time with his wife, fixing up their old house, touring the local breweries with his dog, mountain biking, backpacking, skiing, and traveling the globe.
